Refund Policy

1. Only the bank charges will be deducted within 24hrs of the Visa cancellation request.

2. If you wish to cancel the received visa after 24hrs of the payment,50% will be deducted from the Visa fees.

3.No fees will be refunded if the application cannot be processed after checking the appointments.

4. There will be no refund if the visa is rejected or canceled after submission to the embassy.

5. When Embassy asks for additional documents and you have not provided the exact documents then the application will be rejected as invalid documents, then there will be no refund.

6. Service fees 25USD, express service fee 69USD, and transaction fees are non-refundable.

7. To cancel your e-Visa Application services or to request a refund, please notify our Department of Customer Service by email at support@evisas.online. Please include your full name, birth date, passport number, and the last four digits of the credit card number used for the transaction.

8. However, our service fee will be refunded by customer’s request only in case of a fatal mistake such as non-submission of e-Visa application within 24 hours, mailing service failure, any inconvenience caused by our system error, etc.

9.If an application is denied, the customer will be refunded except government processing/authorization Fee and Initial Credit Card handling fee 5% in USD.
